Handmade Nature: Since our candles are handmade and use natural soy wax, slight variations in color, texture (such as frosting), and finish may occur. These are not defects but signs of a natural, artisanal product.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: As our candles are hand-poured, please allow 5-9 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Policy: We aim to deliver products safely and on time. However, Lumoura Candles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9792197221) or Email (lumouracandles@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.

Change of Mind: Due to the delicate and scented nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used candles or change-of-mind purchases.

5. Safety and Usage Warning

By purchasing our candles, the customer agrees to follow standard candle safety guidelines:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before every burn to prevent soot.

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Lumoura Candles is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products.
